We require a 50% deposit upon booking, at 30 days prior to trip, we will charge your card the full trip amount. You may not change or cancel your reservation within 30 days of your trip. There are no refunds given within 30 days of the trip. Cancellations prior to 30 days are subject to a 10% administration fee.
Partial Trip Cancellation Policy - if a trip is significantly slowed or forced to cancel during the trip due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (weather, poor visibility, mechanical issues, injury, etc.) the following refunds will apply:
• 1 Run Taken- 85% refund
• 2 Runs Taken- 75% refund
• 3 Runs Taken- 65% refund
• 4 Runs Taken- 50% refund
• 5 or More Runs taken- No refund
