Payment Policy

We require 100% payment in full at the time of booking. To split payment on separate cards for full cat reservations, please call us.


Refund Policy

You may not change or cancel your reservation within 30 days of your trip. There are no refunds given within 30 days of the trip. Cancellations prior to 30 days are subject to a 10% administration fee. We require payment in full at the time of your booking.

Please make sure that you have read through our this Details & FAQ Page as well as our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Minimum Guest Policy before placing your order. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for your trip through any number of reputable insurance agencies.

Unless BOTH Molas and Red Mountain passes are closed, we will be skiing! If both passes are closed, please see our Refund Policy. If only one pass is open (Red Mountain usually closes first), then you are still expected to be there at 9am, so please plan accordingly.

Double check the email confirmation to make sure that all of your contact and reservation information is correct. Please read through all of the information below the reservation portion of the email. We cannot stress this enough. Thank you for understanding.


Minimum Guest Policy

Yes, we require a minimum of 5 people per cat to run a trip. We burn a lot of fuel running cats up and down the mountain, so we require at least 5 people per cat to cover the fuel costs. If there are less than 5 people signed up on that day, we do not run a trip. If we do not meet our trip minimum on the day you have signed up, you can either reschedule or we will issue you a refund.
